Tony Gentsch (* 1984) is a German politician of the right-wing extremist micro - party Der III. Way . He has been a member of the Plauen city ​​council and the district council of the Vogtland district since May 2019 .

Life

According to the Süddeutsche Zeitung, Tony Gentsch was one of the leading members of the neo-Nazi network “ Free Network South ”. The "Free Network South" (FNS) was the successor organization to the "Franconian Labor Front", which had been banned since 2004. Gentsch comes from Töpen and is the leading activist of the “Kameradschaft Hof” and a member of the Hammerskins Franconia. He plays in the band "Brown Brothers". Until his imprisonment he was the meeting leader of several marches of the Free Network South and responsible for several publications of the network under press law. Until 2011, Gentsch was responsible for the FNS website. He was one of the unsuccessful plaintiffs against the association's ban and took part in the hearing before the Bavarian Administrative Court with fellow plaintiff Norman Kempken .

Gentsch led a neo-Nazi group that had existed since the end of 2008, which appeared under the names Freie Nationalisten Hof, Nationale Sozialisten Hof or Kameradschaft Hof and operated the “100% shipping”.

At the end of May 2011, Gentsch began a 26-month prison term for assault and insult in the Hof correctional facility, from which he was released in May 2013. On his estate, the former restaurant "Zum Egerländer" in Regnitzlosauer district Oberprex in district court , which he through the intervention of a straw woman had acquired since his admission to prison, according to observers at least four events took place. After his release from prison, he and Matthias Fischer ran the Final Resistance dispatch, which Daniel Weigl had founded in 2010 and which was monitored by the Office for the Protection of the Constitution, and ran the right-wing meeting point “national center Hochfranken ” in Oberprex until it was closed in 2014 .

On May 26, 2019 Gentsch was chosen for the party Der III. Elected way to the city council of Plauen and the district council of the Vogtlandkreis .
