Anthony Peter "Tony" Musante (born June 30, 1936 in Bridgeport , Connecticut , † November 26, 2013 in Manhattan , New York ) was an American actor .

Life

After attending school, Musante turned to acting. From 1960 he was seen on stages in New York City ; three years later he made his television debut, which led to numerous other roles, often in series. He played important parts in films in Italian productions in the late 1960s, before becoming known to a wider audience as the private detective Toma in the 23 episode television series of the 1973/1974 season. After numerous other appearances, he was in the soap opera Young and Passionate for three years from 2000 to see how life plays .

After that he only accepted offers occasionally; He had continued his theater career until 1996.

In 1975 Musante was nominated for an Emmy .
