Tore Meinecke (born July 21, 1967 in Hamburg ) is a former German tennis player .

In the world rankings , his highest position was 46th place in May 1988. He reached a single final in his career (Athens 1987) and won two double tournaments. In June 1989 he was in a coma for over a month after a traffic accident in Clermont-Ferrand, France, and had to end his career at the age of just 22. Today he works as a tennis instructor in Switzerland.
