The Torinosu Cove ( Japanese 鳥 の 巣 湾 Torinosu-wan , German 'bird's nest bay ' ) is a narrow bay on the Prince Harald coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It is located 2.5 km west of Mount Suribachi on the west side of the Skarvsnes headland in the eastern part of the Lützow-Holm Bay .

Aerial photographs of a Japanese Antarctic expedition carried out from 1957 to 1962 were used to map them. Japanese scientists named them in 1973. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names transferred the Japanese name in 1975 in a partial translation into English.
