Torre El Pedregal is a high-rise in Antiguo Cuscatlán, southwest of central San Salvador .

Torre El Pedregal is located in the immediate vicinity of the Parque Bicentenario and belongs to the Área Metropolitana de San Salvador in which around 36% of the country's population live.

The building with a height of 110.3 meters was commissioned by the Salvadoran Grupo Roble . With 28 floors it is the tallest building in El Salvador and also in Central America except for Panama . Construction began in February 2008 and the inauguration took place in May 2010. The architects of the high-rise are Ricardo Legorreta and his son Victor Legorreta, who have won numerous international awards.
The high-rise has 87 luxury apartments with kitchen, bathroom and two or three bedrooms, which are spread over 28 floors. The elevators that lead to the living areas of the apartments can only be operated with fingerprints using a scanner.
On the ground floor there are around 3500 m² of common areas, such as a spacious lobby, children's playground, conference room, fitness center, pool with terrace, game room, business center and gardens.
