Torsten Felstehausen

Torsten Felstehausen (born March 12, 1965 in Bremen ) is a German politician ( Die Linke ). In the state elections in Hesse in 2018 , he received a mandate in the Hesse state parliament and has been parliamentary director of his group since January 14, 2020.
Felstehausen has been a member of the Left Party since 2009 . He is a member of the local council of Kaufungen for the Green Left List .
education and profession
Felstehausen studied social work in Bremen and Lüneburg and graduated in 1991 as a social pedagogue / social worker .
From 1992 to 2012 he worked for the youth development department of the city of Hessisch Lichtenau . From 2012 to 2018 he worked as a consultant in the training center of the United Service Union (ver.di) Hessen as a technology consultant with a focus on occupational safety and work 4.0 .
