Torun Lian

Torun Lian (born January 15, 1956 ) is a Norwegian children's and youth writer , screenwriter and director .

Life

Lian became known as a screenwriter for several television series, among others. Since 1990 she has published several children's books. Her book Frida was awarded the Prix ​​Jeunesse , the book It is the clouds that move the stars with the Nordic Children's Literature Prize. Both books were also filmed, Lian wrote the script for them. The film Only clouds move the stars was awarded the main prize at the 40th Nordic Film Days in Lübeck .
