Brage prices

The Brageprisen is a Norwegian literary prize that has been awarded every year since 1992 by the Den norske Bokprisen Foundation (The Norwegian Book Prize) in collaboration with Den norske Forleggerforening (The Norwegian Publishing Association ). The aim of the award is to honor Norwegian literature and to arouse interest in Norwegian literature. The prize money is 50,000 Norwegian kroner in each category , and the winner will also receive a statue of Braga by artist Børre Larsen.
