The Towles Glacier is a glacier in East Antarctica, Victoria Land . In the Admiralty Mountains, it flows from the western slopes of Mount Humphrey Lloyd to the Tucker Glacier , into which it joins northwest of Trigon Bluff .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1962. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1964 after Lieutenant William Julian Towles (* 1932), a doctor at Hallett Station in Year 1960.
