Três Irmãos (German: "three brothers") is a large dam on the Rio Tietê in the state of São Paulo in Brazil . It is the lowest in a series of dams on this river just before it flows into the Paraná.

The reservoir is connected via the Pereira Barreto canal to the Ilha Solteira reservoir to the north on the Paraná river, and there are also shipping connections with the Jupiá reservoir and as far as Itaipú and São Simão .

With the help of the channel, which allows an exchange of water, an optimized operation of the hydropower plant is possible. Five Francis turbines with a nominal output of 165.4 MW each are installed, a total of 827 MW. The five generators have an output of 5 × 161.5 = 807.5 MW.

The barrier structure of the dam is a gravity dam . The storage space is made up of dead space: 10,000 million m³, usable storage space: 3,450 million m³, reserve space: 350 million m³, altogether 13,800 million m³.

Alternative information from other sources for the data of the dam are: wall height: 62 m, catchment area: 69,900 km², power plant output: 1292 MW.
