The Triba Partner Bank AG , based in Triengen was in Lucerne offices Sursee and Willisau anchored Swiss regional bank . It emerged in 1993 from the merger of Sparbank Triengen, founded in 1900, and Volksbank Neuenkirch-Reiden , founded in 1918 .
