10-year-old Phil lives in Paris with his single mother Annie . The boy spends his free time skateboarding on Trocadéro Square in downtown Paris, where he meets Caroline, who is the same age. criticism
“A lively and cheerfully told modern fairy tale. His exuberant utopia conveys the message that adults should recognize children and their imaginations and take them seriously. "
