Trojan Records is a London- based independent label from England that specializes in Ska , Rocksteady , Reggae and Dub by Jamaican musicians. Trojan is the oldest international label that mainly publishes music by Jamaican artists.

Trojan Records was founded on July 28, 1967 by the two Englishmen Lee Gopthal, one of the leading figures of Island Records, and Chris Blackwell as an independent record label.
