The Trump International Hotel and Tower (Vancouver) (called Palm Court during the planning phase ) is a skyscraper in the Canadian city of Vancouver . The building at 1133 West Georgia Street opened on January 5, 2017. At 183 meters and 63 floors, it is the tallest building in the city after Living Shangri-La .
The building was designed by Arthur Erickson in the shape of a hyperbolic paraboloid . The floors are rotated towards the floor below. The building rotates 45 ° over its entire height, similar to the Turning Torso in Malmö .

The building was announced as the Ritz-Carlton Group's second largest hotel building in Canada after the Ritz-Carlton Toronto .
