GAC Trumpchi GS 5 Super (2014-2017)

The vehicle was shown to the public for the first time at the 2011 Guangzhou Auto Show , and it hit the Chinese market on March 1, 2012. In October 2014, the GS 5 was revised.

The first-generation vehicle is powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine having intake manifold injection and 108 kW (147 hp) or a charged driven 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine with a 130 kW (177 hp), with only the latter with all-wheel drive available is.

At the North American International Auto Show in Detroit in January 2013 , GAC presented the GS5 as the GS 5 BEV electric car . This is powered by a 150 kW (204 PS) electric motor from AC Propulsion . The electric range is around 160 kilometers. The electric version was never produced in series.

Rear view

The second generation of the GS 5 was presented at the Paris Motor Show in October 2018. The SUV was launched on the Chinese market that same month. The vehicle is powered by a charged 1.5-liter gasoline engine.
