Tryńcza is a village in the Przeworski powiat of the Subcarpathian Voivodeship in Poland . It is the seat of the rural community of the same name with about 8,400 inhabitants.

Tryńcza is located about four kilometers southwest of Sieniawa and 10 km north of the district town of Przeworsk in the valley of Sandomierz .
