Tschornjanka ( Ukrainian Чорнянка ; Russian Чернянка Tschernjanka ) is a village in the center of the Ukrainian Oblast of Kherson with about 3500 inhabitants.
The village, founded in 1793, is the only place in the 87.84 km² district council of the same name in the southeast of Kachowka district .
The village is located on the North Crimean Canal and on the T – 22–10 territorial road, 73 km east of the Oblast capital Kherson and 23 km southwest of the district center of Kachowka .
Between 1907 and 1914 the Russian-Ukrainian painter, graphic artist, author and illustrator of futuristic books Wladimir Dawidowitsch Burljuk lived with his family on the Chernyanka estate.
