The Tuvalu A-Division 2012 was the twelfth season of the top Tuvaluan division in men's football . It began on February 3, 2012 and ended on March 16, 2012. All games took place in Tuvalu's only stadium, the Tuvalu Sports Ground .

The defending champion was Nauti FC , who won the championship for the sixth time in a row this year. No team had to relegate, as only the second teams of the clubs from the A division play in the second highest division .
