The Tyczka Energy GmbH ( TEN ) is a nationwide company in the LPG based in Geretsried near Munich. The company achieved total sales of 214 million euros in 2014.

Company history

Tyczka Energy emerged from the predecessor company Georg Tyczka KG in Geretsried. It was founded in 2002 as a joint venture between Tyczka Group and TOTAL Germany under the name Tyczka Totalgaz . In 2017, Tyczka GmbH took over 100% of the company and renamed it Tyczka Energy.

In 2005, Tyczka Energy and the Valentin Group founded the Valentin LPG joint venture . In 2010, the sub-region were bottled gas from Prima gas taken and the remaining 50% stake in Valentin LPG. Both companies were merged into Tyczka Energy.

The company's core competence lies in logistics. It operates its own transshipment terminals, refineries , tank wagons and tank farms for this purpose.

Tyczka Energy also offers tailor-made solutions based on liquefied gas, e.g. B. in the areas of combined heat and power (CHP) and hybrid heat supply.
