Tyler Reuben Palmer (born June 22, 1950 in North Conway , New Hampshire ) is a retired American ski racer . In the early 1970s, Palmer and his brother Terry were among the best slalom runners in his country.

Between March 1970 and December 1971 he was able to place in the top ten in nine World Cup races . He won two slalom competitions. In the overall ranking of the Ski World Cup, Palmer came tenth in the 1970/71 season . In the slalom classification he was third this season.

Palmer also took part in the 1972 Winter Olympics in Sapporo and reached ninth place in slalom.
