Udo Kern
Udo Kern (born June 26, 1942 in Schönsee ) is a Lutheran theologian .
Life
After graduating from high school in Hagenow in 1961 , he studied theology in Rostock from 1961 to 1966 . From 1968 to 1984 he was pastor in Sülstorf , Schwerin and Erfurt . From 1980 to 1984 he taught systematic theology at the University of Jena . From 1984 to 1992 he was a university lecturer for systematic theology in Jena . From 1990 to 1992 he was visiting professor for philosophy at the Naumburg Church University . From 1992 to 1994 he taught as a professor for systematic theology in Jena. From 1994 to 2007 he was Professor of Systematic Theology at the University of Rostock .
