Ueli Scheidegger (born July 22, 1938 ) is a former Swiss ski jumper .

Career

Scheidegger jumped a total of 16 competitions between 1959 and 1964 as part of the Four Hills Tournament . He made his Four Hills debut on December 30, 1959 at the opening competition for the 1959/60 tour in Oberstdorf . In the end he reached 34th place. Two years later he was able to achieve his best individual result with 18th place on December 30, 1961 in Innsbruck . In the three following years he jumped into the top thirty several times. A top placement - also within the overall tour rating - was missing.

At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Zakopane in 1962 , Scheidegger jumped from the normal hill to 17th place and from the large hill to 22nd place - two placements in the good midfield. Two years later he placed at the Olympic Winter Games in Innsbruck in 1964 with 48th place on the normal hill and 51st place on the large hill only in the bottom field.
