Ulf Dietrich Posé (born August 4, 1947 in Mönchengladbach ) is a German author, works as a trainer and carries out various association activities . Before that he worked as a radio and television presenter.

Professional career

Ulf Posé began his radio career in 1968 on the first German-speaking pirate station, Radio Nordsee , on which he was to announce music programs under the artist name Pascal Posé . However, the station's ship did not leave the port of Hamburg and the disc jockeys were hired again. Another attempt was started in 1969 and Ulf Posé became the first disc jockey on board the second pirate station, Radio Nordsee International (RNI). Using the pseudonym Hannibal , he moderated music programs in German and English until the summer of 1970.

In August 1970 he switched to the German language program of Radio Luxembourg . There he worked under the name Ulrich until the end of 1973 and supervised sports, music and news programs. In 1972 he and his colleague Rolf Röpke broadcast live broadcasts of the Olympic Games in Munich for RTL .

From 1974 he worked under his real name as a freelancer for the WDR in Cologne. There he moderated the radio library every Monday evening until the end of 1980 . During this time he also worked as a freelancer for other public broadcasters . Posé worked as a sports journalist for the third television program of the WDR. In 1975 he moderated the 92nd episode of the series Musik aus Studio B for NDR in Hamburg , which at that time was already being presented alternately by several other moderators and two editions of Musik Extra Drei with the Kurt Edelhagen orchestra in the third TV program of WDR . He selected the artists for the TV show Plattenküche .

On December 31, 1980, Posé presented his last radio broadcast for WDR.

After his work as a radio presenter, Posé was trained by Rupert Lay to become a freelance lecturer in dialectics and leadership . Posé is an ECA -certified coach and teaching coach, HDI -licensed and Persolog-licensed, and author of 18 books on life, social and business ethics . He teaches at universities, works as a key note speaker and has been recognized by the BDVT for excellent training achievements. Since 1980 he has offered seminars for management and sales and was President of the Ethics Association of German Business from 2003 to 2013 . V. He is a founding member of the Senate of Economics and since 2010 President of the Academy of the Senate of Economics. From 2009 to 2010 he was also President of the Federal Association for Economic Development and Foreign Trade. Posé has been Chairman of the Corporate Ethics Council in the Senate of Economics since 2017.

Since 2009 he has been a lecturer for business ethics at the MCI at the Management University Innsbruck, from 2016 to 2018 an expert in practical business ethics at the KSG Foundation and from 2017 to 2018 a member of the advisory board of LEIZ, the Leadership Excellence Institute of the Zeppelin University Friedrichshafen . Posé has been an expert in business ethics for N-tv since 2006 .
