Ullrich "Ulli" Libor (born March 27, 1940 in Cosel , Province of Silesia ) is a German sailor and Olympic participant .
Life
In 1968 and 1972, Libor won Olympic medals in the Flying Dutchman together with Peter Naumann . After that he was among other things managing director of the German Golf Association .
In his amateur sailing career he has participated in the following boat classes in international regattas: pirate , OK Dinghy , Tempest , Flying Dutchman, Star boat , dragon boat , quarter-ton , half-ton truck , Admiral's Cup yachts, 12mR, 5,5mR , last 2.4 mR .
Libor has been a member of the North German Regatta Club and Alster Pirate Club since 1954 .

For his sporting success he was awarded the Silver Laurel Leaf on November 27, 1968.

- 1982–1990 Vice President of the German Sailing Association and Chairman of the Olympic Sailing Committee.
- 1984 team leader of the German Olympic sailors at the Summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles, USA.
