Ulrich Penquitt (born June 21, 1955 in Gelsenkirchen ) is a German actor .

Career

Ulrich Penquitt was born on June 21, 1955 in Gelsenkirchen . After completing a degree in social education , Penquitt discovered his love for acting through political cabaret, theater and youth theater. He was trained at the Athanor Theater, at the Westphalian Drama School and according to the acting technique of Stanislawski .

After a few theater positions, such as the Westphalian State Theater , Werkhofbühnen Hagen, State Theater Neuss , the Musiktheater im Revier and the Forum Interart Lünen , he founded the touring theater Trias Theater Ruhr in 1991 . With his own productions, such as the classic " The Little Prince ", George Orwell's 1984 , The Good Man of Sezuan , he made a name for himself in the theater scene in the Ruhr area , North Rhine-Westphalia and beyond.
