Matthias Dinter
Matthias Dinter (* 1968 in Singen ) is a German screenwriter , director and cartoonist . Together with Martin Ritzenhoff , he is responsible for the movies Feuer, Eis & Dosenbier , What doesn't fit is made to fit and football is our life .
Life
Dinter grew up as the middle son of a family in Gaienhofen on Lake Constance . With his brothers Jan and Stefan he shot his first small films (e.g. -, 49 , Santa Claws , Skin Trade ), which were shown at various film festivals. While still studying at the Baden-Württemberg Film Academy , Dinter and the Filmkommando Ludwigsburg (FKL), of which he is one of the founding members, created sets for films such as Sönke Wortmann's The Moving Man and Nico Hofmann's The Last Cosmonaut . Dinter graduated in 1996graduated, first established himself as a screenwriter for film and television and made his directorial debut in 2002 with Feuer, Eis & Dosenbier .
The family cohesion characterizes Dinter's work to this day. Under the pseudonym EmdE, he published numerous comic albums that were created in collaboration with his brothers. Dinter has lived in Cologne since 1998 . He has a son and is married.
