Ulrich Schoknecht
Ulrich Schoknecht (born May 1, 1930 in Schwerin ) is a German prehistoric scientist .
Schoknecht was a district floor conservationist in the Neubrandenburg district and worked in the Waren branch of the Museum of Prehistory and Early History in Schwerin .
He is the author of more than 4000 publications on Mecklenburg and Western Pomerania and a corresponding member of the German Archaeological Institute .
In 1997 he received the Cross of Merit on Ribbon of the Federal Republic of Germany
