Ulrike Müller (born September 2, 1968 in Munich ) is a German lawyer . She is a judge at the Federal Court of Justice .

Live and act

Müller joined the Bavarian judicial service on September 1, 1996 after passing the first and second state examinations . She was initially employed as a public prosecutor at the Landshut public prosecutor's office and later at the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice , where she was appointed a member of the government in 1999 . In November 1999 she moved to the Munich District Court I as a judge , but in October 2000 she was seconded to the Federal Constitutional Court as a research assistant , where she worked until 2003. She then returned to the Bavarian Ministry of Justice, where she headed the penal system for five years and was promoted to Ministerial Councilor in 2008 . In May 2010 she was appointed judge at the Munich Higher Regional Court and assigned to a civil senate. Since 2012 she has also been a member of the professional judge at the Bavarian Constitutional Court . In March 2015, Müller was elected judge at the Federal Court of Justice by the judges' selection committee. In December 2015 she was appointed to the VI, who was primarily responsible for tort law and medical liability law . Civil Senate assigned.
