Underworld is an American porn film released in 2013 directed by Brad Armstrong . In 2014 it was recognized in nine categories at the AVN Awards , including “Movie of the Year”.

Tanya (Drake) is shot in a robbery. During an emergency operation in the hospital, she is in a coma and has various nightmares that reflect the stage of the operation. She copulates with the characters "Stitch" and "Suture" (stitch and seam) while her wounds are being sewn. In addition, she meets mythical figures. In the end, she survived the procedure.

The film was made on behalf of Wicked Pictures . In addition to leading actress Jessica Drake and Brad Armstrong himself, Asa Akira , TJ Cummings, Eric Masterson, Capri Cavanni, Steven St. Croix , Asphyxia Noir, Toni Ribas , Derrick Pierce, Julia Ann , Presley Hart , Adrianna Luna, Cameron Dee, Tommy Gunn and Xander Corvus can be seen in various sex scenes. An emphatically artistic fantasy setting is used. For example, Corvus plays a character named Splice, who is reminiscent of Edward Scissorhands , and Tommy Gunn appears as a kind of Conan the Barbarian . Some scenes also contain BDSM . The film was shot with two different endings, at the end of which Tanya either survived or died. Armstrong later decided on the version in which the protagonist survived.
