The União das Freguesias de Vila e Roussas is a Portuguese municipality ( Freguesia ) in the district ( concelho ) Melgaço in northwestern Portugal .

history

The municipality was created in the course of the regional reform of September 29, 2013 by merging the former municipalities of Vila and Roussas . Vila became the seat of the new administration.
