Geneva tariff association
The Tarifverbund Geneva , also known under its marketing name unireso , the tariff and traffic group of local public transport of the canton of Geneva and neighboring areas of the canton of Vaud and the French departments of Ain and Haute-Savoie .
history
The Geneva collective bargaining association was created in 2002 from the merger of the collective bargaining partners that still exist today. In 2004 regional collective agreements are made. The two operators of public transport (TAC and TPN ( Canton of Vaud )) join the tariff association; the network thus extends to France and the canton of Vaud.

The area stretches from Chancy in the southwest to Evian in the northeast and from Gex in the northwest to Annecy in the southeast. A total of six train and six tram lines, 63 bus lines and four boat lines operate on the 450 km network. There is also a night bus and night taxis which are also used.
