Universiteti Vitrina was a private university in the Albanian capital Tirana that taught in Albanian , English and German . The university was founded in 2004 by government resolution number 32.237 and closed again in 2014 by government order. A grammar school and a training center for part-time studies were connected to the university. Vitrina was a member of the network of Balkan universities .

Immediate closure in 2014

On August 5, 2014, the university had to close its doors immediately after being requested to do so by the Ministry of Education. The university did not meet the necessary requirements, as a control had found.
