The village of Unterklausen is part of the municipality of Hirschbach in the Upper Palatinate district of Amberg-Sulzbach . Unterklausen is located about two and a half kilometers east-northeast of Hirschbach and lies at an altitude of about 420 m above sea level. NHN .
history
Due to the administrative reforms carried out in the Kingdom of Bavaria at the beginning of the 19th century , the place became part of the independent rural community Achtel , which also includes the villages Oberachtel (seat of the municipality), Buchhof , Eggenberg and Munich , as well as the three hamlets Obermühle , Oberklausen and Ratzenhof belonged.
In the course of the municipal territorial reform carried out in Bavaria in the 1970s , Unterklausen was incorporated into Hirschbach together with the municipality of Achtel. Today Unterklausen has 105 inhabitants.

The district road AS 6 connects Unterlausen to the public road network, it leads directly through the southern local area. In the local public transport , the Verkehrsverbund Großraum Nürnberg (VGN) travels to Unterlausen during the day with the regional bus routes 446 and 447.
Attractions
