Updorf

Updorf is part of the Wittmund district of Willen . It has around 500 residents and borders on federal highway 210 .

history

Updorf was already settled in the 15th century. Updorf was mentioned for the first time in 1690. You could see it on the map as early as 1730. In 1862 it joined the community of Willen. The community of Willen, to which Leegeroarf belonged, was incorporated into Wittmund on August 16, 1972. In 1990 Updorf celebrated its 300th anniversary.

Updorf is located 200 m south of Wittmund and two kilometers east of Willen.
