Urban Toman (born October 21, 1997 in Jesenice ) is a Slovenian volleyball player .
Career
Toman began his career at the age of nine. As a 16-year-old, he joined the first team, with which he immediately made it to the first Slovenian league. The Libero got his first international assignments in the junior national team. In 2016 he went to OK Triglav Kranj . With the senior national team , Toman took part in the 2017 European Championship , in which the Slovenes reached the quarter-finals. At the 2018 World Cup , he finished ninth with Slovenia. He then moved to the German Bundesliga promoted Helios Grizzlys Giesen . With the club, he reached the quarter-finals of the DVV Cup and finished tenth in the Bundesliga . Then he moved to league rivals United Volleys Frankfurt .
