The Slovenian men's national volleyball team is a selection of the best Slovenian players who represent the Odbojkarska Zveza Slovenije association in international tournaments and matches. The team was formed in 1991 after the break-up of Yugoslavia .

World Championship

The Slovenia have not yet participated in any volleyball world championships.

Olympic games

Slovenia has never qualified for the Olympic Games.

European Championship

When they first took part in a European volleyball championship , the Slovenes finished ninth in 2001. They finished the 2007 European Championship in 16th place. At the 2015 European Championship, they became Vice European Champion.

World cup

Slovenia has never played in the World Cup .

World league

The world league has also taken place without Slovenian participation so far.

European League

In 2007 the Slovenians reached the Final Four of the European League and finished fourth. In 2015 they won the tournament.
