You have never qualified for a volleyball world championship or Olympic Games. They have not played in the World Cup or the World Grand Prix either. With the award of the European Women's Volleyball Championships 2013 to Switzerland and Germany , the Swiss national team was automatically qualified as an organizer and thus came to the third European Championship participation, which they finished in 13th place. The national team was able to qualify for the 2019 European Championship.
