Urguri Nunatak

The Urguri-Nunatak (English; Bulgarian нунатак Ургури nunatak Urguri ) is a rocky and 560  m high Nunatak on the Trinity Peninsula of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises 2.49 km west to north of the Abrit Nunatak , 3.72 km north of Theodolite Hill and 7.5 km south of Fidase Peak in the eastern foothills of the Laclavère Plateau . The Mott snowfield is north of him.

German and British scientists mapped it together in 1996. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2010 after the medieval fortress Urguri in southeastern Bulgaria .
