The Uschna ( Russian Ушна ) is a left tributary of the Oka in the Vladimir Oblast in central Russia .

The Uschna rises near Dobryatino on the Central Russian Plate . It initially flows a short distance to the east, but then turns to the north. Later in the lower reaches the river turns east again. The most important tributary, Kolp , meets the Uschna from the left at river kilometer 42. Finally, the Uschna flows into the Oka on the left about 70 km north of the city of Murom .

The Uschna has a length of 160 km. It drains an area of ​​3060 km². The river is mainly fed by the snowmelt . The mean discharge 62 km above the mouth is 5 m³ / s. The upper course occasionally falls dry. The river is usually covered with ice between November and April.
