Ussatowe ( Ukrainian Усатове ; Russian Усатово Ussatowo ) is a village in Odessa Oblast in southwest Ukraine with about 8500 inhabitants (2004).

View of the village

Ussatowe is the only town in the 23.377 km² district council of the same name in the east of Biljajiwka Rajon . The village, founded in 1790, is located on the M 05 / E 95 trunk road and borders the banks of the Khadjibey Liman in the north, the village of Nerubajske in the northwest and the urban area of Odessa in the east and south .

The city center of Odessa is 10 kilometers southeast and the district center of Bilyayivka is about 45 kilometers west of Ussatowe.

The Stone Age Ussatowe culture was excavated on the site of today's Ussatowe .
