Uwe-Jens Pape

Uwe-Jens Pape (born June 7, 1930 in Berlin ; † July 26, 1990 there ) was a German actor .

Life

At the age of 19 he already appeared in his first feature film "... and if it were only one ...". After attending the DEFA drama school, Uwe-Jens Pape signed a contract with Hans Rodenberg at the Theater der Freunde in Berlin in 1950 . From 1953 to 1955 he had an arrangement at the New Theater in Erfurt, only to return to the Theater of Friendship in 1956. He stayed here until 1959. In 1960, Uwe-Jens Pape moved to the Federal Republic of Germany, where he often worked for television.
