Uwe Jahn (athlete)

Uwe Jahn (born April 4, 1971 in Dresden ) is a former German athlete who was successful in the sprint .

In 1995, Jahn was German champion in the 400 meter run and with the 4 x 400 meter relay of LAC Chemnitz . The following year he was able to successfully defend both titles. In Gothenburg he was a member of the German 4 x 400 meter relay at the 1995 World Championships , which reached the finals, but was disqualified there. In 1996 he won the European Cup in Madrid with a personal best in 45.64 seconds.
