Uwe Laub

Uwe Laub (born April 13, 1971 in Timișoara , Romania ) is a German writer of science and environmental thrillers.

Career

Laub was born in Timisoara. He was two years old when his parents went to Germany with him. Laub initially worked for two years as a market maker at the Deutsche Terminbörse , then several years in the pharmaceutical field service, and since 2010 he has been running the family business (pharmaceutical service provider) independently. His love is for writing. He does extensive research for his science thriller. His novel »Sturm« became a bestseller and made it to number 14 on the Spiegel bestseller list. Laub is a member of the authors' club "The Fat Poets". He is married with a grown-up daughter and lives and works in Munich and Fort Myers (USA). His novel »Sturm« was translated into Estonian in 2019 .
