After injuries and the impending end of her career as an athlete, she took a test drive with Jean Racine and, despite initial problems, switched to bobsleigh. However, she then drove with the pilot Shauna Rohbock . In the period that followed, she almost invariably finished in the top ten at her starts in the Bobsleigh World Cup , often even on the podium. Twice, at the beginning of the 2006/06 season in Calgary and Park City , she won World Cup races alongside Rohbock and finished second in the overall standings behind Sandra Kiriasis' bobsleigh team . The greatest success of his career, however, was winning the silver medal at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin . There were also bronze medals at the Bobsleigh World Championships in Calgary in 2005 and in St. Moritz in 2007 .
