Shauna Rohbock (born April 4, 1977 in Orem ) is an American bobsleigh driver and former soccer player.

Shauna Rohbock began her athletic career as a soccer striker. She played for the USA in the U-19 selection, in the college league , where she is sixth in the top scorer list today (95 goals in 90 games) and in 2002/03 in the professional league WUSA for San Diego Spirit (place 3). She also took part in international athletics competitions while studying at Brigham Young University . She was unable to achieve her goal of being able to participate in one of the two sports at the Olympic Games . That is why she switched to bobsleigh in 1999 as a pusher , where she has participated in international competitions alongside Jill Bakken since 2000 . For the 2002 Winter Games in Salt Lake City , however, Bakken's second pusher Vonetta Flowers was nominated. Rohbock drove to the games as a substitute and supporter and thus had an indirect share in Bakken / Flowers winning the gold medal.

Rohbock / Fleming at the 2006 Olympic Games

In 2002 she changed to the pilot's seat in the bobsleigh and was able to achieve ninth place in the overall World Cup in her first international season in 2003/04. In the following season she finished third in Igls and Altenberg and finished on the podium for the first time, even came second in Cesana Pariol and won bronze at the 2005 Bobsleigh World Championships in Calgary with her push-puller Valerie Fleming . In the 2005/06 season she again achieved five placings among the top three and took third place in the overall World Cup. At the season climax, the 2006 Olympic Games of Turin , she won the silver medal with Fleming behind the Bob of Kiriasis . In 2006/06 Rohbock won a World Cup race for the first time in Calgary at the start of the season, and she also won the following race in Park City . Another five podium finishes and second place in the overall standings followed. She also won the bronze medal at the 2007 Bobsleigh World Championship in St. Moritz . Until 2006, today's pilot Erin Pac was part of Rohbock's push team.

Rohbock is a member of the US National Guard. In 2003 she was supposed to be sent to Iraq , which prevented a shoulder injury.

Shauna Rohbock ended her active career by participating in the 2011 World Championships at Königssee , where she came second.
