The beach of Valu ( fataluku Valu Sere, English Valu beach ) is located on the easternmost tip of Timor in the Nino Konis Santana National Park ( Suco Tutuala , East Timor ). Opposite him is the island of Jaco . This is where the Banda Sea ( Tasi Feto , the Frauenmeer ) and the Timor Sea ( Tasi Mane , the Männermeer ) to the south meet. The next place is Tutuala is already at an altitude of 71  m . The 14 km long way there can only be mastered on foot or with off-road vehicles.

The beach is a popular destination for tourists who also take fishing boats to the island of Jaco from here. Several coral reefs are targeted by snorkelers . There is an eco-village on the beach run by a local cooperative.

Twice a year the Mechi of the Fataluku takes place on the beach , the gathering of the Meci worms ( Eunice viridis ). The smaller Mechi kiik takes place in the last quarter of the moon in February and the large Mechi boat at the new moon in March .
