action

Vic Weller is a hundreds of years old vampire . After biting and killing his girlfriend in a frenzy of blood, he turns to Vampires Anonymous to fight his addiction to human blood. The vampire and Mafioso Geno is placed at his side as a supervisor. A test shows that sheep's blood is the appropriate substitute food for Vic, so he moves to the countryside in a small community with sheep breeding as his main source of income.

Vic begins working in a pub and going out with Maggie, a sheep farmer's daughter. However, the disappearance of numerous sheep does not remain hidden for long. While the police are groping in the dark, a vampire hunter is on the way to the village and the simple-minded Diesel, who has already been rejected by the police academy several times, is determined to solve the sheep mystery.

Meanwhile, Vic is weakened because he doesn't have enough sheep's blood. At night he has to chain himself to avoid biting Maggie. When Vic is humiliated by Maggie's ex-boyfriend Jimmy and his buddies, he kills her and sucks her off. When a sheep farmer catches him, he kills him too.

Finally, the vampire hunter Taffeta finds out about him and Maggie and Diesel discover Vic's secret too. However, Maggie realizes that she still loves Vic and tries to protect him from Taffeta, but cannot prevent the vampire slayer from seriously harming him. When Vic is dying, Maggie stays with him and Vic targets her neck. A little later, Vic and Maggie can be seen riding a motorcycle through the desert - both are now vampires.

Reviews

“A good idea (vampires in the 12-step program) has to be enough in this horror comedy, which is fairly confidently set in a comparatively light and colorful scene for little money. In the first third, the hero recognizes his addiction and allows himself to be treated by a Michael Madsen, who was better than the last one, then it goes to the country for satirical interludes and infights with women of different friendly intentions. Little action, hardly any punch lines, but sympathetic actors in an overall original and entertaining B-movie "

"Only a bit original horror comedy, the joke of which is unsustainable."
