Veljko Rus

Veljko Rus (born December 8, 1929 in Višnja Gora ; † February 26, 2018 ) was a Slovenian sociologist .

He graduated from high school in Ljubljana , studied at the University of Belgrade and obtained his doctorate from the University of Zagreb with a dissertation on power and responsibility in the work process . He taught as a professor of sociology at the University of Ljubljana , and was also a visiting professor at various universities, including the Free University of Berlin . From 1995 he was a full member of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts .
