The Vemac RD320R (or just 320R ) was a racing car from the British sports car manufacturer Vemac , developed in 2001 and raced for the first time in 2002. Vemac produced the vehicle until 2009.
The RD320R was registered as a FIA World Sportcar and drove as a Super GT 300 vehicle.
Vemac
Vemac was founded by Masao Ono, founder of Japanese auto tuner Tokyo R & D Co., Ltd., Chris Craft, a former racing car driver, and Vernon Fotheringham, a businessman.
Specifications
Since almost all vehicles built were designed for race tracks and Vemac never gave an official presentation of the car, little is known about the RD320R. The body is made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic and the chassis is made of steel and aluminum.
