Forgotten Land is the second album by the German band Sturmschäden . It appeared in 1992 and went largely unnoticed.

classification

Forgotten Land is fundamentally different from its predecessor Pirate or Popstar , the debut album of Storm Damage. The texts are consistently in German, the content is gloomy and characterized by a doom and gloom. The music is rocky and guitar-oriented, the wavy echoes of the debut have almost disappeared. Forgotten Land is reminiscent of German bands from the early 1980s, such as Fehlfarben or Extrabreit .

The album was also available as an LP with a white cover in a small edition of around 100 copies . LP and CD are out of print and have never been reissued.
